From a background in marketing, Owen is a consultant to early-stage businesses and a serial entrepreneur.
In addition to his work with UK-based investors, startups and SMEs to help them develop, grow and manage their operations, Owen has held a number of advisory positions and non-executive directorships, to government and other organisations.
He was "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" at the Wales Startup Awards.
